Issued within 15 working days of result notification. Fee: Rs. 1,500.

Official Transcript

10 days

Consolidated semester-wise transcript attested by the Controller of Examinations. Fee: Rs. 2,500.

Degree (Original)

30 days

Issued after convocation; requires clearance from library, hostel and accounts. Fee: Rs. 5,000.

Duplicate Degree

45 days

Requires an FIR copy, affidavit and newspaper advertisement. Fee: Rs. 10,000.

Convocation

14th Convocation guidelines

  • Registration for the 14th Convocation opens on 01 November 2026 in the student portal.
  • Only graduates who completed all degree requirements by the Spring 2026 semester are eligible.
  • Gown and hood collection takes place two days prior at the Examinations Office, Block A.
  • Rehearsal attendance on 20 December 2026 is mandatory for participation.
  • Guests are limited to two per graduate; entry passes are issued electronically.
